Taking those vitamins and showers, improves your outer appearance greatly, feeling and smelling good makes you feel good about yourself. Invest into skin care routine, work out, eat healthier and get enough sleep. Caring for your heath is one of the best ways to practice self love. 2021 is the year to take care of your body and mind.
Accept your appearance
Accepting what you look like will eventually turn into embracing yourself. Understand that stretch marks are Inevitable everyone has them, think of them as pretty tiger stripes, acne is normal and having a bit of a belly is good for your body because it keeps you warm and protects your womb. Taking the step to say, this is my body I own it and am okay with how it is, is a form of self love.
Stop comparing yourself to others
It is easy to be envious or compare your life, appearance. Realize that there is no other you. Nobody can be you. Have your position in others lives, not one person can do that other than yourself. Know that you are special and although the next person may have it better than you, you can achieve the same.
