Sleeping 7 – 9 hours a day is advised by public health bodies and getting good sleep does wonders to your body. Sleep can help reduce stress, help you lose weight, overall repair your body, so that you have energy for the next day.


2) DRINK WATER


Consuming water improves your skin, body and mind. It reduces acne skin problems, minimize heath risks and helps regulate anxiety. Drink at least 5 cups of water every day to have a refreshing glowing look, Because looking good makes you feel good.



3) WORK OUT


Exercising is a great way to feel amazing about yourself. It has many benefits like losing a couple pounds, boosts energy and improves your overall mood. Exercise creates change in the body like seeing abs, defined muscles it all helps towards not only caring for yourself but also loving and liking yourself too.


4) GO ON A WALK


Walking clears your mind. It allows you to feel and see what’s around you. It helps minimize overthinking and helps boost positive energy. Clear minds are more successful that cluttered ones.


5) TAKE CARE OF YOUR PERSONAL HYGIENE


Taking daily showers, brushing your teeth, clipping your nails, doing your hair and skin care routine. Is one of the most important self care things you should do. Taking this small to do list, would leave you smelling good and feeling great.
